PROFILE

Burris has been involved in commercial real estate in South Texas for over thirty-five years. During this time he has been involved in various elements of leasing, sales and management of neighborhood, regional shopping centers, office build-ings, apartment communities and industrial properties. Site selection projects include major grocery stores, banks, credit unions and restaurant chains. Development experience includes build-to-suit properties, retail and land developments. Burris, owner and principal broker formed Gulftex Properties in 1990. Ray has been involved in South Texas Commercial Real Estate for the last sixteen plus years. His experience, includes Leasing, Property and Construction Management for multi-tenant properties, from single users to projects over 100,000 square feet. Specializing in Industrial Sales and Developments, his list of accomplishments include coordinating the land development of a 34 lot industrial subdivision, which the end product included direct sale and build-to-suit facilities. Additionally Ray has represented numerous national companies for the acquisition of south Texas industrial facilities.
